This Isn’t Your Typical Scholarship.

In fact, it’s NOT a scholarship at all! The First Federal Community Bestowment Award is an annual opportunity created to recognize graduating seniors who are passionate, community‑driven, and ready to take the next step toward their future.

Unlike traditional scholarships that focus solely on academics, this award is designed to support individuals, their goals, and the many paths success can take after high school.

What Makes the FFCB Award Different

The First Federal Community Bestowment Award is intentionally flexible and accessible. Whether you’re:

  • Entering the workforce
  • Enrolling in a trade or technical program
  • Attending college or university—you’re encouraged to apply.
  • No long essays
  • No GPA requirements
  • No stress — just YOU and your future

The application is completed entirely online and focuses on your passion, goals, and connection to your community — not test scores or transcripts.

  • Be a graduating high school senior
